In Lotus notes can you recover a deleted email. Soft delete was activated and and the email was deleted from trash. The email was deleted after it was received so backup is not an option. Notespeek does show the email deletion stub. Can I recover this email using some type of software or scanning the .nsf file? I have full access to the domino server. If I call IBM tech support would they be able to recover the email?

Impossible to recover it from your mail database.
Following options need to be checked: - is there some forwarding active (agent, rule) that sends all mail elsewhere (so you could get a copy there)? - is extensive mail logging activated on the server? - can you ask the sender to resend the message?
