About 2 months ago I upgraded from GP 9 to GP 10 and it went pretty smoothly. Today I tried to install the client on a new computer and after a successful install, Utilities launched and asked if I wanted to upgrade companies. I have 2 companies and one has a green check mark next to it and the other has lock next to and states that the company is being updated by another client, but there are no other clients. Consequently I can connect to the company with the check box, but the company with the lock I get the message:
"A Product installed on your computer is on a different version that the database version. You will not be able to use the application until this issue is resolved. Use the GP_LoginErrors.log file in your temp directory to assist in resolving this issue."
After looking at the log file, it appears my db was never updated to 10, but I might be mistaken:
