Hi, I have a PC that was infected with Trojans, and since the clean up, all of the accounts on the PC works fine except for one User account. (The one that was in use when it was infected.) The McAfee Security System no longer runs (plug ins are not digitally correct, it says.) and any of the .exe files will open "Open with" Dialog box and will not let me run it. ( I can use "Run as.." option and run some of them) I have scanned from Administrators account, using McAfee, ComboFix, MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, and SpyHunter, and the machine seems clean. I have also used a batch file to correct the registry, uninstalled and reinstalled McAfee, but this particular User Account is still having the same problem. Since this PC is part of a domain, should I delete this account and recreate the same account? I am not sure if I can even get it set up with the same account login. Please advise.
