Can someone suggest good anti-malware software?

I have a client that is constantly clicking things she shouldn't and ends up with tons of malware.  As much as I appreciate her business, I would like to set her up with software to prevent this.  The trouble is, she is relatively unskilled with computers and wouldn't have a clue what to do if the anti-malware program prompted her to make a decision about something.

Can anyone recommend a good program for that?  Thanks!

the best detection rates going. admittedly you will have to set it up for her, but once it's set up properly it deals with everything in the background with very minimal user interaction (basically tell it to delete everything suspicious rather than ask the user). not free but with antivirus you generally get what you pay for
