Google Earth - can you move multiple placemarks in My Places to new folder at same time?

I am learning Google Earth.  I have multiple placemarks and polygons stored in Google Earth's My Places.  I want to organize them into various folders.  Is it possible to select multiple placemarks or polygons to drag to a new folder simultaneously?  I've tried holding down control and that clearly doesn't work.  Dragging one at a time is quite time-consuming.

Phereklos, what I do is collapse the My Places then r/click it and save as
save to MY Documents Google Places
then sort them from there into folders

You can create folders and move other folders, placemarks, or shapes to
