Windows 7 XP mode, how do I put a network shortcut from XP to 7?

I have a Windows 7 box with XP mode installed.  I have a network application that is just a shortcut to a network drive.  It launches the program.  If I launch from WIndows 7 it says OS incompatible.  If I launch from XP mode it works.  So how do I copy that shortcut so it launches from XP mode?

Hopefully that makes sense.

In START / All Programs you will see a folder for Windows Virtual PC.  Within that folder is a subfolder called "Windows XP Mode Applications."  You can copy one of your applications to the desktop as a shortcut.  When you click on it, it will invoke the virtual machine, wake it up if it is sleeping, and then run your app in XP mode.
