One of the user here just got married so her last name changed. I updated the users information in AD but how do you have it updated in outlook also? Is there something I have to do in the exchange server? When I double click her name in outlook, it still shows her old name.

what version of Excahnge? and is your outlook in cashing mode? also do you have a few domain controlers in different sites?
