How to bypass Checkpoint to access my local network application?

If the Checkpoint is between different Zones (DMZ, Server etc) all you need to do is create an appropriate rule in your rulebase to allow the packets. If the server you are trying to access is not connected to the Checkpoint but to a different applaince (another firewall, switch etc), but the traffic goes through the checkpoint firewall, then add the rules and appropriate route to reach the server.
