Running Oracle 10.2.0.3 on Windows 2003. Receiving the following error: Connection to x as user y failed: ERROR: Wrong password for user. I know the password is correct and the LOGON AS A BATCH JOB privilege to the OS User has been set. Any ideas why I'm still getting the error? -
