Exchange 2003 System Management Tools on Windows Vista

I like to install the Exchange 2003 System Management Tools on a Windows Vista Ultimate PC. How can I do that? Or is it possible to install Exchange 2007 System Management Tools on the WinVista PC (if yes how) and then manage a Exchange 2003 Server with that?
